These people call back right away. They are courteous and professional on the phone, and in person. They are clean and orderly. They have good personalities. They listen well, and do the job right. This is a first positive experience we've had in hiring anyone to fix anything in the several homes we have purchased over decades. This feels like a miracle. Not kidding.

Hired Plumb Perfect to camera a sewer line for a potential home purchase. Matt and his helper were both extremely professional and friendly. Hard working and very customer oriented. I had heard nothing but good things about Plumb Perfect and they sure delivered. Highly recommend using Matt and his crew for your plumbing needs.

My broken pipe is exactly where Matt Bruggman from plumb perfect predicted it was. Four different plumbers had gave bids, all of them told me there was absolutely no way to repair the pipe without completely destroying my laundry/shower room. This was all based on their opinion, as nobody actually put a camera down the pipe except for Matt. Matt didn't agree, telling me my issue was in my garage, not in the house. Because of Matt's knowledge my shower/ laundry room is still intact, and the pipe has now been replaced. I'm still amazed how such a dismal situation a few weeks ago could turn out to be not so bad. Matt saved me from making a real bad decision that would have cost me alot more money, huge mess, and may not have even fixed the pipe without forking out even more money. Matt strives in spending his customers money wisely. For this I'm beyond thankful. He is the only person I'll ever use from now on. If you're having plumbing issues, trust me when i say...... My wife and I just bought our first house and Plumb Perfect was recommended to me by my home inspector. There was a leaky toilet with sub-floor damage that needed to be fixed. Plumb Perfect worked with the handyman to get all of the work done at the same time. They do great work, and are honest about what work needs to be done and how urgent that work is. I'll definitely be using them whenever I need a plumber!
