Came over less than an hour after we called (past business hours!) after two other plumbers hung up on us. Fixed our problem quickly, then gave us a lemon cucumbers from his garden!

We have called Jim on more than one occasion when we have had a plumbiing urgency, or when we needed replumbing for a remodel, and he has done great work, and incredibly reasonably. He is scrupulously honest.
