Owners, Scott Harvey and Aaron Ek tackled our faulty toilet-valve issues with ease, and were very pleasant and professional throughout the repair (I especially appreciated their willingness to help me understand the mechanics, etc.). In addition, the staff person who answered my call and then coordinated the service (same day!) was personable, service oriented and competent. I own an older house, and the valves in my shower starting leaking again. I have already replaced the seals in them once and the person at Home Depot recommended I talk to these people. I did, and spoke directly to Mike and his wife. They had the exact replacement parts I needed in stock and gave me tips on how to properly assemble it. I felt pretty good knowing I can get parts for my fixtures and do not have to tear the wall apart to replace the fixtures.
