Three weeks for a quote, then decided to let me know he had no time. Stay away, horrible!
I was referred to Tony by a large Construction Company. I called and asked for an appointment to fix a shower. Tony did not show the slightest interest in my problem and declined to make the drive from Cle Elum to Easton. I was disappointed in the way and manner in which I was treated. His services will never be required by me and I will post a notice on my community bulletin board so all of the 178 households will be aware. Disregard for your customers should not be ignored.
The water heater was still not functioning. We had NO hot water. And there is damage to the counter top that was not there before!!!
Not reliable :( I was disappointed this company is very unprofessional and I would not recommend hiring this company! I would have put zero stars if that was possible!
