The tech who came was personable and professional...He did a great job with the installation and answered all my questions about servicing and troubleshooting water heaters. He also shared his knowledge of water filtration technology. We were also impressed by the fact that we only had to wait a couple hours from the time we called until they arrived at our house ready to do the safety check and begin the installation.

My husband suspected we had a pipe leak of some sort. We called these guys up and they sent out a couple techs promptly. They were considerate, organized and professional. He explained he would have to do a leak detection. He did an excellent job and was very respectful to our home. This is a great company to do business with as they guarantee there work and have outstanding customer service and communication. I highly recommend them.

We looked at the situation, he assessed it, and gave me the rundown on his cost for labor and his 'estimate' as to the time it would take to complete the project. Not only did he get the problem solved, but he had the new toilet installed, his fee was beyond reasonable (when comparing the cost of another recent plumbing repair we had to have done), and his work is top notch!

Very happy with the workmanship and price- a great value- I've had my water heater now about 6 months and everything is as expected. They brought the water heater up to code, something my local plumber did not do on a previous installation. I would highly recommend them...

Called raging river for our leaking sewer pipe. The crew was able to promptly diagnose the issue, gave us a reasonable estimate, was very flexible with scheduling, and always on time! Would definitely use Raging river plumbing again!
