Very pleasant on the phone and in person. I’m new to hot tubs the staff at the shop, walked me through all of the chemicals needed and the proper timeline for cleaning. I had been researching online, and was aware of the procedures. But it was nice to see the products in person and hear of recommendations. He wasn’t pushy with trying to up sell. Actually he was letting me know how well secific products work compared to others. It was very helpful and insightful.

I posted on a local FB community page looking for a plumber referral. I received 3 recommendations for Brown's and a customer tagged Gregory as well. He recommended I call him and we look into a few potential causes for my problem (bathroom drain odor), before I resort to a service call. In 10 minutes, he patiently walked me through everything and we found the culprit (open sink drain pipe during remodel). He was patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Now I can make nighttime trips to the nursery without stressing over that smell! Thank you so much for being so caring and not immediately booking an appointment! Customer for life right here!
