We've always had the best service with Desert A/C and once again they have another satisfied customer! We just purchased a new unit and Jesus was very thorough and professional! I would definitely recommend this business!

So grateful Alex was able to fix AC on a Saturday evening. Especially since my mother is 90 yrs old. He got to the problem quick, explained everything and all is well. Great job done!

They responded quickly and got my AC up and running before the house got to hot. The tech was friendly and professional.

In short: inconsistent and totally unfair. They charged $140 after hours (my ac was reading over 90° inside so fine I'll pay it) but then the guy comes and is like "you need a whole new unit it's ancient and I'm surprised it's still working" so he said he can do some maintenance real quickly but the company was calling him and wouldn't let him so we were left $140 shorter and still a messed up ac!!!! So the guy said if we make an appt he can come back Saturday and it would be $95. So I called to make the appt next day and they're like "nope. We don't do work on Saturdays" so then why is this guy telling me you do? So then I was like I paid $140 and nothing got done and the girl over the phone is like " well we can send someone out but I'll be another $140". Long story short called another company (AJ) who came out same day had a $79 diagnostic fee which was waived if we wanted maintenance and this new company said yeah it was old but we didnt need a new unit. He only had to replace 2 parts which they had in their truck. So less than 2 hours later our AC is up and running again!!!! NEVER calling desert air again.

They have fixed my AC three times now and the service has been excellent every time. They explain in detail the situation and cost of repairs and they show up on time! Very pleased.
