Lumpy The Plumber

3/23/16 I made an appointment to have them give me an estimate for a small kitchen remodel. Sink, faucet, counters. After not showing up or calling to cancel/reschedule, I contacted the office via text. Laura Krinkles (prob not her real name) told me SHE cancelled the appt and told the plumber I had called and cancelled. I asked her why and she told me she was never going to let him come and then began a tirade of foul, vulgar, and extremely unprofessional texts. I asked to speak with the plumber many times, now to complain about the receptionist. She blocked my number and never did give any message to the owner. All info can be verified...it was all via text.

This guy is the most dishonest plumber around
