Had a great experience from the first phone call to schedule to our service call. Spencer was most professional, honest and very explanatory. He was on time and actually even called to make sure I was up and ready for his visit as we were his first call that morning. He gave us a quote before beginning work and upon approval he had the job done in less than an hour and left his work area spotless. I recommend them to everyone and they will be our go to in the future.

I was very excited to have them do our plumbing they showed up on time made fast work of replacing our main sewer line. They were very knowledgeable and extremely patient with our children. Highly recommend this company very great to work with.

The guys at John's Plumbing and Pumps are great! They came out on a Thursday afternoon and by Friday morning, we had water again. They re-engineered our whole pump system and installed the correct pump. Later, I was told that the next day was on the techs wedding day. Way to go above and beyond the call of duty!

The husband and I are DIY people, we are installing a new bathroom in our basement. Of course the plumbing is the first thing that needed to be done. We had already bought everything to do the job but a plumber I'm not. I called John's Plumbing and Plumps and they were here within a few hrs. And gave us a fair estimate. They ruffed in the lines and installed the tub. What he did in a few hrs. would have taken us all day. The bill came in less than the estimate ????. Very pleased with the work and would recommend John's to any and all that needs plumbing done.

Aaron did a great job fixing the faucet in the bathtub. He was very polite and friendly. I am very satisfied with the job he did. If I ever need a plumber again I would definitely call John's Plumbing and Pumps again.
