Pro-line was great to work with, from beginning to end. They got our hot water heater repaired right away. Tyrone the technician was very informative and professional. Great company.
A friend needed help with a plumbing emergency at her home. Proline was suggested to me. I called, and we had excellent help within a couple of hours. Tyrone was able to identify the problem, resolve it temporarily, and get the water turned back on. He also made a plan for further company contact to fix the underlying problem.
Tyrone was awesome. My warranty company used Proline because they could respond soonest for water leak. Tyrone got it done! In and out leak repaired in an hour. He even cleaned out the wet insulation.
