Terry installed a gas water heater for me, and he did an excellent job. I was impressed with his knowledge of the local code requirements, as his installation included a "drip leg" on the gas line that was not installed in the original installation. In addition, the vent pipe was not properly installed in the previous installation, and he corrected that problem. The installation cost was very reasonable compared with other quotes I received, and I'm certain the quality of the job was better than what another plumber would have provided.

I contacted TM Plumbing to help diagnose a water pressure issue. Terry was able to discuss symptoms and ideas of the issue over the phone. He came out on site later that day on a Friday at 8 pm when we were available. That alone was more than any customer could ask for. We resolved the problem and laid out plans to bulletproof the system in the future. Above all, you can tell a lot about a mans work from the condition of his work van. It was clean inside and out, and very organised.

Terry rescued me! This isn't the first time, either. I can always count on him to get my old plumbing (and my stress) back under control!
