We had a company out of Tacoma assigned by our home warranty company to clear our clogged kitchen drain and they were just terrible to work with. We battled with them for days in order to get a competent company assigned get our issue resolved. Bre from Budget worked hard to get our emergency problem solved. With one call, she was able to get Jason sent out (on the same day and after the end of his work day), and he cleared up the problem in less than an hour. After a week of standing water in the bathtub, we were so grateful for their assistance and hard work. If here were a 10 star rating, they would get that from me!
