RCS Fireplace

Hi - Rusty installed a gas fire table insert at my home. He did an excellent job. We hired him again to design and install a large outdoor kitchen outfitted with Blaze Professional appliances. It's a joy to cook on these appliances. Rusty custom designed and built a steel cover for the fire-table and a deflector behind the grill because the heat was too hot for the granite backsplash. Rust is very talented, very reliable and his prices are reasonable. I highly recommend RCS.

Went into RCS in March to check out the Primo Grills. Was immediately greeted by Traci. We had a great conversation and she was incredibly helpful. She then told me that the grills would be going on sale on April 13th. Took her card and left happy. The week leading up to the 13th I sent Traci an email to confirm the sale but received no response. I called on the 11th and spoke to Traci. We discovered that I had typo'd her email address. Completely my mistake. While on the phone with her I resent the email and she confirmed receipt. She told me again that the sale was going to start on the 13th but that she hadn't received pricing from her boss yet. She said she would call me or email me once she had the pricing. Didn't hear from her on either Friday or Monday so on Tuesday I called and left a voicemail asking for (and expecting) a call back. Received no call back from our conversation or from the voicemail I left. I really wanted to do business with a local company but unfortunately I'll end up ordering the grill from an online retailer. I give two stars for Traci being nice and helpful but can't go to three because even an average retailer would have been courteous enough to call me back. I wish them the best of luck and hope they succeed. I also hope they learn something from this review. 6-25-19 Follow up to this review. Nothing changed from RCS but I found the Primo Grill I wanted at a local company. Aqua-Rec in Tacoma. They hooked me up and now I have a great grill that is terrific!!!!! Happy that I was able to support a local company. Aqua-Rec is great and I will certainly do business with them again.

I called three times with no response from Rusty. I was basically trying to give RCS money.

Tech came & tried to fix fireplace (which wouldn't stay lit) but next day still did not work. I called them and I was told I was getting a phone call from tech to do some troubleshooting, but phone call never came. I decided to take a look and, well, there was dirt and dust all over. Unclear why such a simple thing not done. It was clogged and I cleaned it myself, done in less than 20 minutes. It is working now! At first their per hour rate seemed reasonable, now I am really disappointed and it was expensive for what they did. My experience was negative. I cannot recommend it.

Amazing experience with the entire company. They did a fantastic job with my fireplace. Will highly recommend.
