The reason for this 5 star rating is because Conan's service hit all the right points. Came as soon as he could. He fixed my problem quickly and completely. Told me the price up front and kept to his word. He made sure I understood what caused the problem so I could avoid this happening again. Conan was polite, professional, and courteous. I called Conan because after my sewer backed up. The first plumber I called could not fix the problem. I was charged about $1300 and left with a fifteen foot trench in my back yard and my sewer was still backing up. Conan fixed the sewer in less than an hour. He even gave me a DVD he made to show me what the sewer looked like when he was done. I will recommend him to anyone I meet who needs plumbing services.
