Found a leak morning...the day before going out of town. Called another plumber but they couldn't fit us in. They recommended Nate's. From first call to completion of job: 90 minutes! They were booked yet they fit us in. I think Debbie heard the desperation in my voice! Thank you for fitting us in. Jim was courteous and professional.
The owner was disrespectful towards my fiancee and they charged us over a hundred bucks for doing nothing! Then they told us it would be a month before they could fix our pipes!
Never will I recommend Nate’s to anyone. They charge too much and not honest to get a bid from. Check Yelp and Facebook on them.
Billed us $200 + per hour and no itemized bill! When I called to make sure not a mistake told: - Thats what we charge - I personally bill at $250 per hour To top it off, the plumber sent out told us that we didn't have room for a disposal and didn't install. As it turns out we can! Plumber was only 30 minutes late, that's pretty good.
Great work. Professional, timely, appropriate pricing. I'm a repeat customer, unfortunately :(
