Awful. The owner isn't even a plumber. Horrible work done by this company. Run away as fast as you can. Look it up. The owner isn't a plumber. It's easy to look up at Labor and Industries. The people he hires are all newbies. Be prepared for quite a ride if you hire Revival Plumbing
Agree 100% with previous review and if there was a rating less than poor Revival Plumbing would get it. False advertising on Craigs List. None of his companies are BBB accredited, few are even licensed. Overbilled for 2 hours when his "tech" was only at the house for less then 1 hour. Unable to provide invoice or statement. Did not resolve issue but repeatedly suggested that our main drain was "collapsed for 20 feet". Did not have root cutter on snake, only snaked once, lied to our renter, did not have proper tools, did not clean up mess associated with "repair". Action Drain (wonderful plumbing company) came and snaked the main drain perfectly with no follow up concerns. Run run run away from this company. Also goes by the names of: 1.
