We just bought a new house wanted to get heating and ac installed. They were out early next morning very friendly and efficient. They worked really hard to get ac working on one the hottest days of year. Very much appreciated definitely recommend them.
Exceptional customer service! Our technician was CJ and he was not only very personable but professional, knowledgeable and caring. Went out of his way to run an additional test that wasn’t included in our service call! Would definitely recommend and use them for all our AC/Furnace needs!
I hired AAA Heating/Air to install a double head mini split unit. From the very beginning, they were extremely professional and courteous. The installation went over without a hitch. Very pleased with the service I received. Will definitely utilize their service again in the future!
Dishonest company. I was charged over $700 to repair an AC unit that should have been replaced. I had another company come look at the unit, after our AC stopped working a month or so after it was "repaired." We had the new company replace the AC unit AND the furnace for literally half the price AAA wanted to charge. If you think you are getting a fair estimate, please call around to other companies. AAA charged me $240 for a compacitor- I later found out the same part sells on Amazon for $8. I understand companies need to make money, but that is flat out price gouging. The honest company that replaced our unit charges $80 for the same part. I spent $700+ on parts and repairs to an AC unit that wasn't worth salvaging. The AAA tech also tried to sell me something for another $150; he called it "the fix-a-flat" for AC units. It was supposed to help IF there was a coolant leak. I spoke with 3 other companies that told me that is a farce. There is no such service. Get a second opinion before letting AAA do any repairs. Or better yet, don't waste your time and money with such a dishonest company.
Excellent customer service. They were able to fit us in about an hour or two after we called. Sean was our AC repair man. He was friendly and incredibly helpful. When we next need maintenance we’re definitely calling Sean at AAA Heating, Air & Plumbing. Thanks AAA!
