Chehalis plumbing replaced the water line running into my house, they did a great job and the price was very reasonable. Excellent customer service from everyone I talked to and the guys who did the work were very nice and friendly. I will definitely be using them again in the future if I have more plumbing issues.

Poor Customer Service My 89 year old friend called Chehalis Plumbing on Friday, December 22, to ask for help in repairing a toilet, which Chehalis Plumbing had originally installed. No call back. Now it's the weekend and no working toilet. Both residents are almost 90! Waited until Tuesday morning, as Monday was Christmas. It's now well after 8 AM and no return phone call. My friend just called them and was told "we only do commercial now".... For crying out loud, it would have been nice for someone to call them back last Friday! Just because it's a holiday weekend doesn't mean you can't check your voice messages for emergencies. Pathetic. At least the neighbors were kind enough to help them through the weekend. Now trying to find a reputable plumber with better customer service.

Incredibly friendly and helpful. They were quick to identify the problem and they fixed it for a very reasonable rate. I would recommend them to anyone in this area with plumbing needs.
