Sullivan Plumbing is an excellent company! All the plumbers are fantastic and very prideful in their work.

I used this company once and it was the worst decision I've made. Why? Well because they came to my apartment that I just moved in to and unclogged a drain. They damaged the piping breather tube by cutting into the siding of the wall and the breather tube itself, in half. The worker looked at me and said "this is a years worth of hair in the drain causing the drainage block" I know it's not your hair cause you just moved in ". I asked him why he didn't use the main access that was a foot and a half away?! Instead of cutting into the wall and the breather tube? He said "because it was the main access that I needed". I hope you not going to charge me for your work that I could've done my self. 460+ dollars later. I was flabbergasted. If possible please use another plumbing company. You'll save your wallet the drainage.

They showed up on time and did the work efficiently, as always. We were originally quoted a higher price, but because the two repairmen were so efficient and completed the job in a timely manner, the bill was lowered to reflect that. Thank you Sullivan Plumbing for a great job! (This review was edited from the original posting after receiving a phone call from Don at Sullivan Plumbing. He was willing to work with us, and seemed truly concerned that we were dissatisfied with their service/pricing. Excellent customer service!)

Insanely high priced for quality of work I've seen them do on commercial jobs. Got a quote for some small residential work and was astounded at the price for maybe 2 days of work.

All 3 employees I talked to were super friendly and helpful. They managed to get me an appointment same day to help get my broken pipe fixed super fast.
