Perfect! He fixed the leaking downstairs toilet and diagnosed an additional septic system problem. He insisted it should be looked at ASAP. It turned out the filter on the septic tank was plugged which was easily fixed. His insistence on getting it fixed right saved us from a horrible mess as we were close to a basement full of sewage overflow.
