Jay's Septic Tank Cleaning

I'm a new home owner. The previous owners left me with no blueprints or schematic's for our house. We are unable to find our septic tank on our own. All we needed was for someone to come up, drop a transmitter down a toilet and locate our septic talk. A process that takes less than 10 minutes to complete. The first septic company we tried didn't have the tool to do it. That's why we went with Jays septic. It was a 2 month process that ended with the owner, Brent, hanging up on me, rather than trying to apologize or reason with me. I was always respectable towards them. I was kind and polite. The receptionist was kind as well. Though no one cared anything about returning a phone call. They told me multiple times that they were coming to my house. I canceled plans and/or made special arrangements for someone to be at my house so the Jays septic team would be accommodated. Every time they were supposed to show, they turned out to be a no call/no show. When I called them to check in and see why they didn't come, it was either their machine broke, the driver forgot, or it was never put on their schedule. This company is very unreliable and unprofessional towards their customers. Even if my house is 5 feet under a septic backup, I will never call them again. I also put this review on facebook. but it was deleted.

Most honest,lowest price around and was at my house in 4 hours to have tank pumped out.. will not go to any other company from here on out.

Great people,fast response,did a great job to solve our problem. Pumped tank and vacuumed the blockage from the line. Reasonable rate.
