The worst customer service ever. I made an appointment for my septic to be drained, he didn't show or call. I called to see what happened, he gave me another appobtment- a month later. A month later, I call in the morning to confirm the appointment, he does not show again-or call. I call again to see what happened, he says he'll come the next day. Next day, no show and again no call, and again- no apology. Septic service is something you want someone to be reliable with. A backed up system can be a total nightmare, and costly. I am now needing to look for a new septic technician, don't know when I'll be able to get someone and may very well have a septic back-up as I'm now past the recommended date to drain it- thanks to the horrible service at this company.

Randy is hard working, honest guy and I have been using his services for over ten years

Randy provides some of the best customer service I have every experienced. We have had Randy come out for 3 separate issues in the last year, septic pumping, septic backup and standing water in the yard. He not only explains everything he is doing but also educates and answers all of your questions. He came out for a free consult to check the standing water in the yard and let us know it wasn't sewage related and suggested a possible fix by installing a curtain drain and suggested contacts in the area. He is always responsive and even calls back on the weekends!

Randy is wonderful. Always takes the time to explain problems with our mound system, comes promptly on emergency calls.
