This company is run by a very scrupulous person. Just a simple recommendation to not do any business with them. They are out for the dollar st any cost. I will never do business and have made sure none of my friends use them. No one is a fan of this wretched company
If your looking for an honest great Plumber, Timothy is your guy! I called him today with an issue I was having with my toilet leaking. He said send me some photos then call me back. I did and he talked me through the very simple task to fix the leak. No charge!!
I needed an urgent water heater replacement and my home insurance (Old Republic Home Protection) contracted USA plumbing to handle the work. My situation consisted of an old water heater most likely installed by the previous home owner back in 2003 and was installed poorly and not to code. Fortunately, my level of coverage from ORHP (ultimate protection) covered the costs for code corrections. The quoted out-of-pocket costs for the additional uncovered repairs (new flue vent, replacement of cold and hot pipes to the heater) was under $500 and was reasonable. Nathan, the plumber sent by USA plumbing, and his apprentice did excellent work and was able to replace the water heater the same day they gave the quote. I have only used USA plumbing once for this urgent service through home insurance but so far I've been pleased with the result. I am extremely pleased with Nathan and the work he performed, if selecting a specific plumbing contractor is a possibility I would recommend him as he is courteous and is very knowledgeable and experienced in his trade.

Nathan came out to a leaky water heater at our home. Very nice and informative. I was a bit shocked at the amount AHS did not cover but then found out a Tankless water heater was our best option. He did a clean job and knew the product well. I was very happy with the finished product. I have refered them a few times and will use them again .
