P & P Septic Service Inc

I hadn't used P&P previously but they were recommended to me by Falcon this morning so thought I'd give it a shot. They just left and I'm very pleased and will use them in the future. They were super knowledgeable and discovered and solved the issue quickly. So relieved and can now dive in to my day.

I couldn't be happier with the service. The first person I spoke with helped me to do some troubleshooting in case it was a quick fix. When it was not, he sent Frank out that afternoon who was very knowledgeable and polite. He showed me the problem, gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to fix it and asked what time he could return the next day to install the part. He came back as scheduled and completed the project as described. Great service!

My main pipe out of my septic was pitched the wrong way. Over the phone they said I needed a new engineer and a new leach field...called envirotech fixed for 200 bucks in 1 day. Not to mention they drove their 5 ton truck on my front lawn and cost me 15 bags of soil to fill the tire tracks.

Had a drain cleared, Henry was the technician and he was awesome, fast, reliable and a really good guy. I appreciated the same day service and heads up when they were on the way to my house. P&P showed up on time and pricing was very reasonable. Thank you, Henry, your expertise was impressive and my dog really appreciated the treat you brought in for him!

I was having some trouble with my septic so I called p&p to ask questions about pricing and the manager got defensive and unprofessional when I mentioned other companies pricing. I ended up going to another company with better pricing and better customer services skills.
