Capital Mechanical

I just moved to the Stowe area and needed a plumber right away to install third zone heating in my condo. I had first contacted another plumbing company nearby that had been established in the area for many years and right away, I knew it had been a mistake. The woman who took the call was rude, the plumbers, who were not even Master Plumbers, charged and arm and leg. The woman also told me that they were not willing to give me a free estimate on the costs to install third zone heating. Ridiculous! Then I stumbled onto Capital Mechanical's website and contacted Tristan Gerdel. Right away, I could tell he had excellent customer service, and reasonable prices, especially being that he is a Master Plumber. He told me that he wanted to first come out and do a free estimate on the job, which I valued. When he came over, I was amazed at how knowledgeable and up to date he is with new plumbing installs. Tristan laid out the scope of the work and gave me an estimate that stayed consistent until the end. I have hired many plumbers in the past and Tristan is by far one of the best I've encountered. He's polite, extremely knowledgeable, and his services are reasonably priced. As I told Tristan, Capital Mechanical is my plumbing company for life!

This was our first time using Capital Mechanical and were so pleased with Tristan's work. He arrived on a timely basis, explained the problem and quickly resolved it. We will definitely use him in the future!

Tristan was prompt and efficient. Called on a Saturday for an emergency. Took care of it professionally and economically. Definitely call again with any plumbing needs!
