My upstairs A.C. went out and I called to have it looked at, and before I was off the phone, the downstairs unit was out too. Morgan showed up and I knew it was time to replace them so he helped me he’d it scheduled quickly and charged up the units so it would be comfortable in the house while I waited. I had a problem with my toilet. Kellam did respond quickly & had a technician there within 1-2 hours. Kellam has a service call special of $49. The technician rebuilt the inside apparatus of the toilet. He gave me a pricing of $263 previous to doing the work. After completing the work, the technician told me that he noticed a leaking at the front of the toilet. He said he could put a wax ring around the toilet for approximately another $230. I told him that was close to the cost of a new toilet. I said I’d get my nephew to fix it. He left the ring for no charge. Kellam was quick to respond but I thought the price was exorbitant. I don’t think I’ll use them again because of the cost. Good service but too pricey for me.

Dean did a very good job. He is a very knowledgeable, courteous and professional mechanic. Diagnosed the problem, repaired it and explained what was going on. Will definitely use Kellam Mechanical again! Thanks for keeping us comfortable!
