I called Don immediately after the plumbers from American Home Shield practically refused to do anything for me because there wasn’t a mechanical issue when they arrived. I explained what was going on with my toilets and how the issue was intermittent. He was practically able to diagnose the issue from our phone conversation. On top of that he came out first thing the next morning to unclog my lines. Turns out there was a bunch of grease (thanks kids) that was causing the slow drain. He gets two thumbs up from me and I’ll be recommending him to any of my friends who may be in need of a plumber.
