I have used this fine firm on three separate occasions. The staff is quick to respond and solves problems rapidly and inexpensively. The most distinctive feature is that staff keeps the user fully informed of the schedule for completing what must be done. They are cheerful in their work. These guys are pros . They don’t charge you by the hour. They have flat rates. The guy coming to your place been doing it for twenty years or more. They just did a job for me that would’ve cost me $400 if I went through someone else. They did it for much less. These guys are great.

I called Rob to come out in the Winter of 2011 to convert some old washer/drier connections to the new standard. He told me the job would only take a few hours and it'd be done. Three hours later he was finished without ever having to go under the house. He hands me the bill and it's a whopping $2000. I was taken aback by how he figured he could charge this much. This was partly my fault for not receiving a quote beforehand but his predatory billing scheme is a sign of the kind of business he runs. I kept the refrigerator magnet he gave so that I could recommend my friends and family not use him.

Knowledgeable, professional, and innovative. I would definitely recommend them for any tricky job. They were able to update our historic heating while respecting the character of the house.
