Didn’t even get past the phone call. I tried to Schedule a repair appointment and they were very unprofessional. Asking me if only one time frame worked for me, I said no- due to my high demand job. Can’t they offer anything after 2pm? They proceeded to ask me if I could have someone come to ask and let the plumber in. No thanks I have 2 massive and protective dogs- I would never ask someone to do that. I said maybe 3-5 times I need to find a different company. They kept asking scheduling questions all of which I couldn’t accommodate. Because it was the same time frame. Needless to say we didn’t go with them. Hope you have a very flexible schedule if you choose them.

I will not have any other plumbing company or technician to come to my house except Tony and Discount Contractors. Excellent service and job always done right.

Unprofessional and lacking knowledge/skill. Repeatedly told me a repair wouldn’t be covered by my home warranty and ignored my calls and gave me an attitude when they did answer. A second plumber came out and correctly fixed the issue and it was covered by the warranty. Don’t waste your time with these guy, higher professionals.
