The Repair Guy

I called, he gave me a detailed description of what was wrong, told me I could get sears to pay for the part, it was a manufacturer defect. Told me where I find ygfbinfo etc... He charged me nothing, spent several minutes, he was kind, patient, my kids interrupted, he was over and above helpful and polite! His rates sounded more than fair!!!! I will use again, number 1 choice, if he gives that service without receiving a dime.... imagine if I paid him!

I can't say enough good things about this business! I called him at 10:00 AM and he showed up and had the issue fixed before 12:30 PM. He explained exactly what was wrong, how he was going to fix it, and even gave me free advice on future dishwasher purchases and tips for maintaining our other appliances. I wholeheartedly recommend this business!

Mr. Marcelo is great! He provides excellent WHITE GLOVE SERVICE. He was able to diagnose the problem in minutes and fixed it. He had the parts in the truck and we didnt have to wait for parts to arrive. Excellent...

I don’t know how this man has ever gotten a bad review ... he was a dream. I called him mid day in Saturday because my tenant called to tell us the washer was leaking. They are he front loaders that are about 6-7 year old. I was literally on the way to buy a new one for the tenant when he called back. He worked later than normal to make sure he got there the same day - he quickly diagnosed the problem , and also gave me and my tenant great advice on how to extend the life of the washer and dryer. He was professional and curtious. it turned out it was not an appliance issue , but a plumbing issue , and even reccomended a plumber that also promptly came the next day. If he didn’t come, I would of bought a new washer to only have the same problem. I will use Marcelo for any appliance repair needs in the future , and I highly reccomend him.
