They are fantastic. Installed all the plumbing in our in-law addition and have responded quickly to a couple of questions we had about the new water heating system. They always put on booties over their shoes before coming into the house.

Nuckols did a great job explaining our water heating system - it had some non-traditional components and a home-made solar heating system involved. Ken was able to explain how we can maintain the system, what to plan for, and what each pipe and lever did. Our biggest issue was not understanding how our system worked. I highly recommend Nuckols to anyone who needs plumbing, gas, or water heating help. Patient, clear communication, shows up right on time, and doesn't overcharge.
