During this recent extreme heat wave (July 17-21, ‘19) my air conditioning went out during a planned weekend with 7 friends here at Lake Anna. Both Junior and Ken went the extra mile to get my air up and running in a timely manner. They were great at explaining everything and had all necessary and needed parts right on their truck. I signed up for the 2x year maintenance plan as they (CH&C) are the only ones I want handling my system! Thanks!
I have dealt with several HVAC companies in the area and these guys are top notch. They really go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. Ken, the owner, even went to bat with me to deal with a manufacturer to have a unit repaired. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
Talked to Ken about my issue with my a/c unit and within an hour he had sent Junior to my residence and he diagnosed the problem and had the unit up and running within an hour. Very professional and fair in their prices. I would definitely recommend and use their services again.

Country Heating & Air was able to send a technician within 45 minutes for a gas leak around our gas fireplace. Daniel was able to promptly fix the leak and very patiently took the time to re-light the pilot light. I highly recommend this company.
