Be careful before hire, there are no license record to be found on DPOR. According to Virginia law, all license record should be open to the public. However, when I call the owner asking if he is licensed he got really rude and refuse to give me the information. I don`t know how good their work is, but with the first and last encounter with them, I can tell you their attitude is defiantly impolite and ignorant and almost rude!
