Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

This is the 2nd time I have written a review. Google!!! I am very pleased with your services all very professional and helpful. Kept me in the loop and explained every step they had to make to ensure no mold or mildew. Joshua Martinez and his crew of one were very efficient in the removal of flooring setting up fans and heaters checking in each. Mike who initially came out and started the whole process was extremely kind and compassionate while dealing with a person who was totally overwhelmed .As were Josh and his crew. Thank you All

The service was excellent and timely. Our tech was very kind and helpful. I understand it was a Sunday but all we needed was a snake (we knew what and where the problem was). We didn’t need a camera inspect or anything complicated. We were originally charged $396 to snake our main line. That is almost the cost to buy one of those machines ourselves and snake it. After saying no thanks we can find someone to do it for $100, we were offered $150 to snake with no camera or 6-month guarantee which we knew we didn’t need. After a quick snake and flush we were good to go as expected. That was a reasonable price. The technician was wonderful and we had a great experience but I think a simple snake that took 10 minutes plus the time for paperwork should not run $396.

William was prompt, honest about what we should do, and very polite. He kept everything clean while he was working and was great about cleaning up and removing everything when he was done. We would highly recommend William!

Mr. Garnet was very professional and did an outstanding job. We are pleased with his quality of work and his work ethics. We would like for him to do all our plumbing needs and will contact him in the future.

We had water damage in the house. They were prompt, compassionate, knowledgeable and very helpful in walking us through how to deal with it - from the first call to the plumber to the restoration folks. Thanks!
