I went to the Flooring Department three times and they couldn't give me a straight answer on how much carpet I needed to redo my stairs. When they finally figured it out, they cut it wrong. I needed a strip 35" wide. At one end it was 34" and at the other it was 38". I am incredible disappointed in the service I've received here.
