I broke the hot water valve on my kitchen faucet last Sunday while installing a new one and had water spewing everywhere (I was able to locate the main water lever in the garage and turn it off). Found this business on Google and gave them a call along with others. The price for inspection was cheaper than Roto Rooter, Michael & Sons, A1 Plumbing and a few others I called. Once he arrived and assessed the damage, he was able to fix the problem in less than twenty minutes. The plumber (I forgot his name) also recommended a better faucet than the one I was installing, so I decided to take his advice. His expertise and workmanship was outstanding and I highly recommended this business

Jim responded extremely quickly to our desperate plea for help with a leaking gas water heater. We were going on a much needed trip to see our daughter in Maine the next morning at 4:30. We were frantic because we had a new pet sitter coming and we could not ask her to deal with a flooding garage (water cut off valve was also broken) and no hot water. In my opinion, our gas hot water heater was an unsightly beast and I dreaded asking any poor soul to deal with it! Once Jim and I spoke on the phone and I sent him some pictures, he quickly went to work finding the appropriate unit for us that would be up to code. This expense was unwelcome and difficult for us because we had just completed another home project the day before. Though the project was expensive due to its nature, Jim and his son did an outstanding job. Not only did we have a fully functional brand new unit by 6:30 that evening, but Jim had made all of the valve connections less ghastly and streamlined everything. He explained everything he was going to do in advance, and then explained how to extend the life of our new unit with some maintenance suggestions. You get what you pay for and his work is top notch and he is compassionate about your life circumstances. He also tolerated and respected our (at times) barking dogs which meant a lot to us. We would not hesitate to use him in the future and highly recommend his services to others.

Jim Bertolino and Son replaced my leaking water heater in less than a day, from my call for help. Jim Sr. arrived at my home, on time, reviewed the situation and explained my options. And when I say explained my options he didn’t just talk about Energy Efficiency, he enlightened me with the internal workings of the water heater, including electrical, plumbing code, heat settings, and answered all of my questions. All costs were discussed upfront, and at the end of the installation there were no unexpected charges. My water heater is located on the ground floor, under a stairwell. It’s not the easiest of locations to examine it for leaks, never mind to maneuver the water heater in and out of its location. However, Jim Sr. spent the time to ensure that the replacement was precise and a minimal inconvenience to the household. Jim Sr. is without a doubt the leader of the team, and a hard working individual. He was courteous and proficient throughout the entire installation. And now for the answer to the question you might ask. How do I like my new Water Heater? I love it. The temperature of the hot water is beyond expectation. It’s never been this hot, and I’m sure I won’t be using as much hot water because I now have to temper it with additional cold.
