I called the company and James called me immediately from “the field”. We discussed the matter in hand and he assured me the problem was an easy and inexpensive fix. While I was at work, James came to fix the problem. He took time to make a video of the repairs and send it to me. I’ve used local overpriced companies in the past, but BBS Septic is the company I’ll use now.
I called based on the information stating they had over 4 decades of experience. The man I talked to when I called was very knowledgeable when I explained the issue I was having. He came out that day and was able to fix the problem. He was very professional and courteous and had no problem taking the time to explain my system to me. Which nobody had ever done .Thank you BBS!
