Had to have a toilet rebuild done. The plumber Ron did a phenomenal job and was extremely polite. They had to come back because the parts were special order, but I didn't mind because of the great customer service and how pleasant he was. Great customer service really goes a long way with me. Respect, communication, honesty and great work creates loyal customers. I purchased a new AC from them last year as well. It was a great price and working well! I would recommend Michael and son

I called to get my heat repaired and I was having issues with my circuit breaker constantly tripping. Leon, Matt and Ryan were great! They were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. -Matt was my HVAC technician. He fixed my furnace in a matter of ten to fifteen minutes! Which was amazing after not having heat last winter because another company red taped it saying I needed a new furnace which was not the case at all. -Leon was my electrician. He quickly found my circuit breaker needed to be upgraded because it was too small for the house. He also found my switches and outlets were originally put in with a cut corner method of back poking. He taught me about why that could be hazardous and I had them all redone to have it done correctly. Leon and Ryan had the whole house done in a day! Thank God I did, with a baby girl on the way I wanted a safe home. He pulled two switches that were melted from arching trying to make a connection, which could have started a fire. Thank you all, I am very happy with everything you have done. No issues since! I will call Michael and sons when I plan on getting some plumbing issues fixed.

After having them come out 3 separate times to "fix" our grease trap, and us spending over $1,000 dollars, the grease trap they claimed to have fixed is still over flowing spewing grease all over our lobby. I will never use this company again. The technician was nice, though.

We had a new AC unit installed after it was installed an electrician was supposed to contact us regarding work to be done the following week. A week went by and we ended up calling. They sent the first electrican out to our house to tell us they didn't know what they were there for and what work needed to be done. Then no contact from the company again about someone coming to do the work. So I called again and I stated I wouldn't be able to be home till after 430. The rep stated that would be fine. The second electrican called and gave every excuse why he couldn't wait and that he didn't work past 5, so I let him know I would try to get home as soon as I could. He didn't wait and I saw him leaving at 435. I called back to M and S and by then was frustrated as we are in the process of moving and this work needed to be completed. Finally the third electrician Louis came and was very helpful and completed the work finally after two weeks of install. Next an inspection was to be done. Again no contact from the company that should be updated us on what the next step was to be. Finally got with Brenda that got the appointment together for us and the work was finally complete. I might as well worked for M and S since their communication was horrible. We have never had issues before with general services or checkups, but this experience has been the worst and I would not recommend them for any work being done at your residence. I had asked for refund on some of the very poor service and stress it caused. I was offered a credit for other work done and I clearly stated we were moving out of state and that would not be sufficient for our needs. No one should have to settle for poor service once they have your money. I would have given no stars, but the intial install was not a problem.

Poor service. Scheduled a service but technician did not even leave a message when he called. He was asked why and his response is he don't leave a message on the phone at all. Maybe this is the reason why this company got a 1.8 score for review. Need some improvement in customer service...big time.
