I called Jake's Plumbing on Friday 5-20-16 regarding the woman's bathroom needing servicing. Jake was very pleasant on the phone, knew exactly what the problem was and said he would be out to look at it, buy the part and come back on Monday 5-23-16. I called him to follow up on the phone on Monday to see if he was still coming out and he said yes. Let me tell you. He was very busy but still took the time to come and see us at the last min. Jake is professional, very friendly, business, took care of the problem in the woman's restroom and sent us the invoice. I recommend to use him. I live in Fairfield. If I could use him where I live I would. It is hard to find a self owned business owner as professional as Jake.
