Fantastic service and experience! I choose to have Comfort Solutions replace my HVAC system for my condo. I was very pleased with my interaction with Candice from the initial quote and how the process would work and logistics of my appointment. Two guys came out Tito and Ray and they were both professional and I really felt like they did an incredible job. They kept me informed on what they were doing and made sure I had all of my questions answered. They installed my unit which looked entirely flawless and cleaned up everything after they completed the work. I'd highly recommend using Comfort Solutions! Thanks again!

I was really impressed! They came out same day to repair our AC when I was in a bind. Daniel did a great job getting it up and working, and definitely knew what he was doing. I would confidently hire again!

I wish I could clone Comfort Solutions for other house-related services. They were truly exceptional. Our AC died the week of July 4. During that holiday week, Comfort was able to provide us with multiple estimates and install the new units. The installers were very professional, efficient, clean, and knowledgeable. The customer service rep could not have been more friendly and patient. I highly recommend this company and glad I found it in my neighborhood listserv.

I had a great experience with this company. From the very beginning (from the assessment to the follow up after installation), Comfort Solutions provided quality service. Everybody was very professional and I highly recommend them for your A/C needs.

My one star has absolutely nothing to do with the customer service received by the CSR rep. She was very nice and polite. It also is not based on services rendered, as no services were received. My complaint lies solely in the fact that it is of my opinion this company is redlining the neighborhoods East of the River in DC by ONLY providing services to those west of the river. This company IS licensed to provide service in the District of Columbia but "does not offer services" in the areas east of the river. How coincidental.
