Many thanks to James for his knowledge and expertise and his team (Bob & Josh) for a major repair to our HVAC and giving us "cold" air again. Hot attics are a challenge with the current weather. We have had a contract for service with them for 18 years because they are reliable.
Eric came out to check my unit. In the process he discovered a serious electrical issue. He took the time to identify the issue, explain what what happening and tell me what my next steps should be. He was polite, patient and helpful. I've been using this company for the last 3 years to maintain my HVAC system and I've always had good experiences. I will say Eric's customer service goes above and beyond though.
My wife and I woke up on the day after Christmas to our home's temperature reflecting 50 degrees. We fortunately were referred by our contractor to Northern Virginia Air Conditioning who came out that same day. The HVAC technician (Eric) quickly diagnosed the issue and explained each step as he fixed the issue. I would highly recommend this company.
Repeatedly misdiagnosed the issue with our unit. Turned out the flue liner needed to be replaced, which could've lead to CO2 being circulated throughout the house.
I highly recommend this company. After a much less than satisfactory experience with another local company we were fortunate to find them. I cannot recommend NVAC highly enough. Prompt, friendly service and reasonable rates. The same technician (thanks Eric!) has been to do our regular maintenance each time and I really could not be happier.
