I had a detailed review here on the company, but it was removed. Here's the short version: "plumber" said he would shut off valves. He floods my kitchen and after he leaves, I find out he did not replace the shut off valves, only the kitchen faucet. Owner - you'll be happy to know he kept trying to sell me his private services off company time.

No customer service. My water heater broke. AHS assign me this company. They came two days later. I called told secretary i needed sooner, and that water was leaking. She didn't care much. Plumbers came two days later and made another mess by flooding my basement again and not cleaning it. I came that day tired after work, and had to clean my flooded basement. One ???? is too much. Stay away!

Don't trust this company. I filed a claim with my home warranty company and were provided this company's info for a tech to come out and take a look at our A/C. When the tech came to our place, he was first not able to diagnose the issue properly and kept guessing. After that he tried to convince me to buy a new A/C from them. When I told him that I am not interested in getting a new unit and want the existing one replaced, the tech Alan told me that he is going to call the warranty company and even gave me timeline of when I can expect the replacement part and about scheduling and appointment to replace the broken part. He then took my cc info and left without giving me any invoice or detail of his diagnosis. A few hours later the warranty company called me and denied my claim. They said that the tech told them that the issue was caused due to dryer lint above the unit. This is a complete LIE and they also said that they have pictured to prove this. I asked them for pics since I took my own pics. It took United Air 48 hours to send the pics to the warranty company . Still no receipt for me. The pics clearly showed corrosion and dust that gathered on one side of the vent pipes, which by the way are covered by the warranty contract even if it is pre-existing. NO LINT. But according to the warranty company the tech's analysis is final and they cannot do anything about it. I'm hoping that others will read this review and try to stay away from this company, unless you want to waste your money on dishonest technicians.

My A/C went out about 2 weeks ago. The insurance company said I will be contacted by United Air temp. Even though the temperature was in the high 90's, they could not come out to see me for 5 days. The first technician diagnosed it as a leakage in the coil and advised another technician would come and pick up the coil for repairs. The second repair man came 2 days later, and demanded I pay close to a $1000 dollars for a refrigerant before he would remove the coil for repair and since I did not have a $1000 that day he left. The customer service rep who called to confirm the second appointment did not mention that I would have to pay close to a $1000. Neither did the first repair man. 5 days later, my insurer is yet to receive a diagnosis from United air temp. Needless to say, it's been 15 days and I still do not have a resolution.

Every one should try Shaw Services...such a great experience as compare to UAT.
