They came in and tore up my bathroom, after replacing the whole sewer line. I paid them over $34,000. and they said they would supply all my ins. co. needed for me to get my $ back. Well, not only would they NOT respond to my ins. co. requests, its been since mid March. They did not complete the work they were hired to do. The cabinet was installed incorrectly and the shower surround wouldn't install because come to find out, they didn't install the shower pan level! When I sent them pictures and brought it to their attention, I was told they had no intention of doing anything to correct their work! I was told to go ahead and go see an attorney if I expected them to repair their inadequate work. You can switch the facts around anyway you like but the end result is your men did sub adequate work. The shower pan is clearly not level, you can see that in the pictures, and you don't stand behind your work! So be careful! The people are all SO polite and nice and responsive and that is great, as long as you don't care about your plumbing needs to be handled properly and have the company stand behind their work and fix their mistakes.

Miguel listened to my description of the issue carefully. It is an uncommon one- no cold water anywhere in the house. He took time to try and diagnose the issue and consulted with his team on the phone to figure it out. At all times he was respectful, courteous, and professional - all that I would expect from a service provider.

Eric showed up on time and was very courteous. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what needed to be done with the costs associated. He was able to knock the price down with the warranty. The repair was done quickly and professionally. Will definitely recommend Home Service Doctors.

Service rep. Pat was very prompt and knowledgeable . He diagnosed the problem with my toilet refill valve and quickly replaced the problem valve. He was very professional, helpful and polite during his service all. The dispatcher, Bruce, was also very helpful and managed to get a service rep to respond quickly to address my problem. All this on a Saturday morning. All in all, a very happy experience. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I truly appreciate the excellent service I received from Home Service Doctors from the time I called and talked to Cheyenne I was so pleased with Cheyenne taking the time to explain every detail of my service to me and Michael arriving and explaining everything he was doing to my unit and the options I had.
