I spoke with Tom for an appointment the next day to repair a toilet that kept on running. As luck would have it, the toilet magically fixed itself just before Tom arrived. He still took a look over the toilet to make sure everything checked out ok, and insisted not taking any payment since nothing needed repair. Seems pretty honest and I'll definitely call him again in the future for any plumbing problems.
