Chris Fletcher came out today and did my HVAC inspection. He was exceptionally professional and changed my (customer provided) filter for me so I didn’t have to go underneath the crawl space. He was on time and answered all my questions and provided me with some helpful tips on how to keep my unit clean and efficient. I would highly recommend Chris and James River’s technicians again!
Recently My wife and I had a duel zone air put into our home. The experience was amazing from start to finish! Jonathan, the sales rep explained the job in detail and was very nice and courteous. The installers treated our house with respect and did an awesome job with the install! I will recommend James River Air to anyone in need of A/C.
On time for notified appointment and called ahead. Thoroughly checked out system and found potential cause for erratic operation. Patient and took time to answer questions and explain system operations. Courteous and respected our home.
The night before my husband was due to have outpatient surgery, the upper unit in our 2-story house stopped cooling. I called early the next morning while in outpatient surgery waiting room to see if someone could come out that afternoon when we returned home to determine the cause (in 90 degree + heat). Tracy was very accommodating and assured that someone could come out that afternoon, and if we got home sooner, to please let her know and she'd try to get someone there even earlier. We did get home earlier, but Mike Jones called around 2:00 to say he was on the way. He arrived around 2:30 and quickly determined the cause (bad capacitor), remedied the situation, and delivered the good news that the repair was under warranty! Very pleased with the service all around - especially while hubby was recovering from minor surgery!
Mark, was very nice and even took the time to meet my little pack of little dogs. He fixed my air conditioning unit quickly and professionally. I now have air conditioning!!! I highly recommend James River air conditioning . They went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much to Mark Corey for doing this awesome job!!! 5 stars!!
