Don’t make impulse decisions. Call around before doing business with this company. Water heater drain and an hour of his time was taken by not waiting. $185.00. Despite being gouged by hooking a hose up to the heater, we still saved 1200 by doing business with another company. Attendant was kind, but we don’t know believe he had our best interest in mind

Reuben determined what the issue was and why we were having sewage back up into our house and basement. He took his time to insure there were no other clogs and problems. Very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. Thank you Reuben!

I called them with sewer waste backing up into my tub and shower. They were able to get here the same day I called. The company was upfront about how much everything would cost. Our Plummer was knowledgeable and professional. He was also polite and able to explain what he was doing and what had happened. If I should ever have an emergency again I would not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter plumbing.

Craig (112) was early and did a great job. Very quick and professional. My only issue was the very large price tag, about 30 percent more than the closest estimate. Went with them because they were the only ones that could do the work same day. Definitely keep them in mind for emergency situations.

Called to take care of a clogged toilet. The technician removed the block and let the sewage water spill all over the hallway. When asked to take care of the spill he mentioned that this was not his job and the crew who works for that is not available. End up getting the sewage cleaned by our cleaning guy. Very unprofessional approach!
