The customer service skills for their office employees, need to be adjusted. Attacking a customer verbally over the phone due to an error on their behalf is absolutely absurd. They lack serious professionalism and general customer service skills. The technicians were in and out in less than 10 minutes. This company was recommended by my home warranty company. I will be contacting them next to advise of the situation at hand. I do not recommend this company.

Kyle and Juwaun were very professional and super courteous . Found the issue and took care of the problem. Both gentlemen made you feel like a valued customer. Keep these guys happy because they definitely represent your company well.

A bunch of Jack wagons is all I can use to describe this company. I called them to set up a service call for my leaking hot water heater, gave them all the in felt of my hot water heater and told him that it would require replacement. They sent out a Tech named Michael who looked at the hot water heater and said "Yup that's a leak. It'll take a week to get you a new hot water heater". I called Service mechanical of tidewater and they were able replace my hot water heater that same day.

The repair was made and was great. However the leak came through my downstairs ceiling. The company said that I must have turned the water back on and refused to make any further repair. The leak started while they were upstairs working and I showed them the leak.

Michael was very helpful and friendly. He completed the service in a very quick timeframe and explained what he did.
