We woke up early this morning to the sound of water from our ceiling hitting the floor and counters in our kitchen. I remembered the commercial with Michael and Son from watching channel 13 news show Day Break every morning. It was mind blowing to actually hear a live person on the other end of the phone instead of an answering machine or an automated system. The young lady on the phone was both professional and courteous. Tabitha the technician was absolutely amazing! She called to let us know her estimated time of arrival. I liked the fact that when she arrived, her name was on her company’s uniform which made it easy to identify her. Tabitha was quite thorough. She gave us a quote before proceeding to the next step. I felt very satisfied with her knowledge of finding the root to our water issue. After completion, she cleaned up everything. We’ll definitely recommend Michael and son to our friends. Being both a retired military family and federal government workers, it’s nice to know there are good companies out there.

We have been having AC trouble for awhile & the recent major heat wave really got our attention. Matt came out last Saturday to check it out & see what needed to be done to rectify the problem. Basically our thermostat was set on 74 but it was 78 to 80 degrees in the house and every ceiling fan & floor fan was going to keep us comfortable. Matt diagnosed that our unit was too small. First I would like to point out Matt was very professional & very courteous. This past Saturday they came to replace our AC unit. I was not here so I can't comment on the employees from my personal point but I was told they were outstanding. We are beyond pleased with the work. We are actually quite chilly with the new unit on 75 & no extra fans are running !!! I have no doubt there will not be any problems keeping cool during the next heat wave. Thank you so much & a special shout out to Matt who was on point about what needed to be done to fix this. I really felt like there was no BS going on & I appreciate that. It is not easy to find a trustworthy company & I will be passing on my opinion to any who may ask for a recommendation.

I called Wednesday and had an appointment for that Friday. Tabitha was the plumber. She called ahead as promised, she was prompt, polite, well groomed and very efficient. She explained everything to me and gave me several options to consider for several repairs and updates. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely use Michael & Sons again. Tabitha was an excellent representative of this company. She's an A+!

We had our water heater go out over the weekend. Called Michael & Son to do the work. Drew Gage and Tabitha Potter were the techs that came to do the installation, which included removal of the old unit. They were very professional and respectful. They did a great job and accomplished the work faster than I was expecting. I am very pleased with the exceptional service that we received!! Thank you Drew and Tabitha, you did a great job!!

About a month ago, I needed plumbing services in my bathroom toilet tank. Tabitha provided excellent service. She was persistent until the job was completed correctly and she went the extra mile to provide service. I was very pleased with the service. Thanks, Tabitha!
