100% satisfied with their work. They were on time. They fixed my air conditioner quickly and did not "over repair." This reflected their high ratings online. I immediately signed up for their annual heating/cooling inspection.

My Tenant (Sunny Y) got charged 870 dollars for installing a new garbage disposal(350$), PVC trap (343$) , and 90$ for straight stop and riser, besides 89$ for dispatch fees. According to national average most of the plumbers charges only 105 to 200$ for disposal installation and it is only 105$ if you buy the disposal through amazon and the same for PVC trap it cost 120-200 dollars. So, all charges should not exceed 500 dollars instead 870 dollars. It is completely rip-off.

Bunch of under qualified, low education folks who do not know how to effectively, communicate nor do their job. Find someone else!

The service individual wore shoe covers to protect my carpet, listened to my concerns/problems and quickly went to work. He thoroughly explained what the problem had been, what steps he took to repair, and asked for any questions/concerns I might have before departing. Great service!

You folks do a great job. As much as I will miss Sherry, I will trust you to provide the same excellent service.
