They installed gas lines inside the house, a tankless hot water and gas logs. The job was completed as promised. Their technicians were courteous and cleaned up the job site.

I have used Layman's Contracting for all of my plumbing needs, Business and personal, and I have always been very satisfied with there work, very professional, polite and courteous, there after job cleanup has always been very good

Here is exactly why I am upset with this company. 1) They gave me a new sewage line and that would have been fine. BUT they broke the seal on my toilet and left my water going and told me they'd fix it the next week (Monday after a weekend) They told me that the water wasn't running so hard that it would make a difference. The water company called me to find out why I was using so much water on Sunday. They charged me an EXTRA 390.00 to turn off THEIR mistake on Sunday after I called them. 2) They seeded my lawn and laid down straw right before all the snow came. After everything melted the lawn was not seeded in the center and straw was not on in the center at all. I asked about it and they told me that I should have kept it wet to keep the straw down. They NEVER told me this first. They said they would recharge me to fix this. I also asked how I should have kept it wet in 15 degree weather and they said that was a good question. I dislike not being told everything upfront. Honestly this is not good business practice.
